Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Sahabron player app, the Sahabron Biznes app and the sahabron.com website (together “the Service”). The Service is provided by the Sahabron team. By using the Service you accept these terms. The Azerbaijani version is the authoritative one.

1. What the Service is

Sahabron is a platform that connects players with the owners of sports venues: players find free slots and book them, build teams and look for opponents; owners manage their schedule, bookings and customers. The venue and the service provided there belong to the owner; Sahabron is the intermediary for the booking.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must give accurate information when you sign up and must not share your password. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account.
• Player and owner accounts are separate: a player account works in the Sahabron app, an owner account in the Sahabron Biznes app.

3. Bookings and cancellation

• A booking takes effect as soon as the owner confirms it, or straight away if the venue confirms bookings automatically.
• Each venue’s cancellation rule (for example, how many hours before the game you can cancel for free) is shown when you book. After that window you may no longer be able to cancel in the app.
• The owner may cancel a booking for a valid reason; you are notified when that happens.
• Not showing up on time or breaking the venue’s rules may lead the owner to decline your future bookings.

4. Payment and deposit

• The venue fee, discounts and payment method are shown on the booking screen. Cash payments are made to the owner at the venue.
• Some venues require a deposit for cash bookings. The amount, and what happens to it if you cancel, are shown on the booking screen and in the venue’s rules.
• The venue owner is primarily responsible for prices, discounts and refunds. If a dispute comes up, write to support@sahabron.com and we will try to help.

5. For venue owners

• The owner is responsible for venue, field, price and opening-hours information being accurate and up to date.
• You must hold the rights to the photos and text you upload, and you allow us to show them in the Service.
• You may use customers’ data only to manage their bookings and to contact them about those bookings.

6. Not allowed

• making fake bookings or opening an account in someone else’s name;
• posting abusive, false or illegal content (reviews, messages, photos);
• interfering with the Service, loading it with automated tools or collecting other people’s data.

7. Limitation of liability

We try to keep the Service running without interruptions or errors, but we do not guarantee it. The venue owner and the participants are responsible for incidents, injuries or lost belongings at the venue. To the extent the law allows, Sahabron is not liable for indirect losses.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, with a warning or, in serious cases, without one. You can delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy policy.

How we process your data is explained in the Privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
